In a world which is unsure of its values and which is rapidly changing, the development of the moral subject becomes a core task and a guiding theme in a democratic education. The value development which will be provided in the education centre includes:
- consideration of questions concerning values and the impartment of values and reflections in all disciplines.
- compliance with, reflection on and involvement in the shaping of rules and regulations,
- use of methods of school-mediation to deal with real conflicts, disruptions and problems which occur during lessons or at the educational centre,
- discussion of a moral dilemma and the development of a "Just Community" in the sense of Kohlberg.
