Teachers provide instruction together with psychologists, social workers, special educators and teaching assistants. Only this way of organising teaching can ensure individual support for the pupils and the directed application of modern pedagogical concepts.
Psychologists and social workers, with their specific know-how of individual types of problems, will provide support for individual children. They will also take up contact with the parental home, in order to ensure that collaboration with the parental home will lead to an educational partnership between the school and the parental home.
