An educational concept was specially developed for the Republic of Macedonia. It brought together a system of living and learning in a democratic educational community on one campus. It is intended to further the Albanians and Macedonians alike and at an equal share.
However, the educational centre is also an institution which is open to the region, one which aims to link with regional networks in order to contribute to the development of the region as well.

The educational centre in Macedonia will contribute to…
• the European integration of Macedonia,
• the introduction of international educational standards,
• the promotion of inter-ethnic dialogue,
• the promotion of democratic development,
• the sustainable economic development of Macedonia through the provision of    well-trained junior employees,
• the decrease of educational disadvantages and
• the strengthening of the civil society.

The educational centre sees itself as a self-supporting economic system. An income-dependent school and tuition fee system and loan models are applied in order to provide access to education to all levels of society.
